Workforce Enterprises
The Emancipators Initiative helps people who have been out of work for a long time, faced barriers finding a job, or may need help with basic job skills. The program combines on-the-job training with support for the whole person, so participants can meet their basic needs while gaining work experience and learning skills for better career opportunities.
Roots currently runs three social enterprises: Clean360, Glow360, and Hamilton Broadway Signs.

HAMILTON BROADWAY SIGNS
“Now I’m serving the community that I once poisoned. It feels good to do some good in the community. The people around here love me. I love Roots. This is my family. If I could keep the job that I have I’m not going to ever retire.”
