You can still select “other” and fill out your insurance provider; our staff will check whether you are eligible when you arrive.

  • Underinsured (have a health plan but it does not provide testing free of charge)
  • Most PPO’s – (e.g., Blue Cross, Anthem Blue Shield, please inquire)

After receiving the vaccine, you will need to stay close by for observation for:

  • 30 minutes if you have a history of severe allergic reaction/anaphylaxis
  • 15 minutes for everyone else.
